MVP & SaaS platforms
Product strategy · UX/UI · Full-stack development
A scoped product release with the roles, data model, core workflows, and architecture your business actually needs.
INDEPENDENT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STUDIO
MVPs, SaaS platforms, and applications with complex workflows. We bring product design, frontend, backend, and integrations into one delivery process.
01 / WHAT WE BUILD
For founders and product teams building a first release, a platform, or the next stage of an existing application.
Product strategy · UX/UI · Full-stack development
A scoped product release with the roles, data model, core workflows, and architecture your business actually needs.
Role-based access · Workflows · Dashboards
Customer and team workspaces with permissions, multi-step operations, approvals, and a useful history of decisions.
APIs · Data architecture · Integration contracts
Backend services, third-party API connections, data flows, and the engineering work behind a dependable application.
02 / STUDIO PRODUCT LAB
Two different worlds. The same attention to detail. Explore working products built to show our approach to design and engineering.
A shared space for a trip worth taking. Maps, day-by-day itineraries, route ordering, and a budget that moves with your plans.

Turn a dataset into a conversation. Import a CSV, connect filters, explore charts and maps, and get closer to the story behind the numbers.

03 / ENGINEERING UNDER THE SURFACE
Complexity shows up in permissions, workflows, data, and failure states. We make those decisions explicit, then verify the core behavior.
Atlas saves the itinerary in a database and syncs changes across views. Every update checks the saved revision so a stale window cannot silently overwrite a newer plan.
Expected revision → shared plan update
04 / DELIVERY PROCESS
A shared direction, a visible process, and practical decisions about what your first release actually needs.
Users, permissions, workflows, integrations, and release boundaries are agreed before the main build.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Agreed journeys, boundaries, and acceptance criteria.
Data models, permissions, state transitions, and integration contracts.
Critical-path checks, error handling, and release review.
Source code, deployment notes, and a scoped next-stage plan.
A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Yes. A first release can include multiple roles, integrations, and significant business logic. We agree on the release boundary and the foundations it needs, then build and verify the important behavior.
Yes. We can begin with the problem, the intended users, and what a successful first version should let them do. We define the scope together before building.
Product scoping, UX and interface design, frontend and backend development, data storage, agreed integrations, testing, deployment, and handover. The exact deliverables are set out for your project.
We first define the core user journey, integrations, and what belongs in the first release. We then give you an estimate with deliverables, assumptions, and milestones.
Yes. We can scope a focused feature, improve an existing interface, or work on the next stage of a web application. We review the current product before recommending an approach.
You receive the source code and handover notes. Further improvements and ongoing support can be agreed as a separate stage.
05 / LET’S BUILD SOMETHING
Tell us about the problem you want to solve. A rough idea is a perfectly good starting point.
